Hello – Am I right in thinking that there used to be a giant yellow ceramic frog on the ground outside Julian Chalcraft’s antique shop in the Lanes? Was it the same shop that had a small stuffed bird in a cage which sang when you put a coin in the slot? or was the shop with the bird an adjacent one? These used to be my favourite things in The Lanes when I was a child. When did these disappear? Is there a photo on the website which shows the yellow frog? I’ve tried doing a search but I’m not getting any results. Thanks! Honor (in Fife)
