Hi,
I have just purchased some period furniture and was told it was supplied by a “Hudsons of London and Brighton” in 1930 .I have managed to establish that there was a Hudsons in Blackman street but it looks more like a removal and storage company than a furniture sales outlet.
I should be grateful if anyone has any knowledge of what happened to this company and if in fact it was a retail outlet.
