Peters family

by Charlotte 1 October 2007

I’m busy researching my maternal grandmothers family, and using the census’ available I have traced the family back to Brighton. In 1901 my gg grandfather Thomas owned a sweet shop and his wife is listed as being a Greengrocer shopkeeper, they lived at 39 Grand Parade. Before this I’ve found the family living in William Street in 1861, Holland Street in 1871 and Guildford Street in 1891.
If anyone could direct me to some photos of Brighton in the 19th century or has any knowledge of the family I’d be very grateful!!
With thanks, Charlotte.
