I passed by 40 Trafalgar Street this evening and saw that it’s being renovated.
The shop sign saying “The Railway Guard” is obviously very old and has only just been uncovered. Has anyone any idea what that place was when it used to be “The Railway Guard”? A shop, or a pub maybe?
