From: Letter in the AtticIn this diary, HH makes frequent mention of local warnings, air-raids, bombing and casualties. On April 2nd, writes of British plane shot down (by own defences) behind Co-op. She qualifies as a SRN (children’s division) April 15th. She comments on the weather, trips to Sussex towns and the cinema.
