The names of the prefects are,
Back row. M Standen, B Birch, T Mintram, M Barnes, P Cobby, T Gunn, P Holmwood and D Hubbard.
Girls, M Ford, B Sprigs, V Woodgate, J Cole, S Daws, B Maskell and K Reed.

I was at Stanmer Secondary Modern School from 1956-61. Memories hazy but I believe that the male teacher seated far left is Mr Umbleby & immediately above him is music teacher Miss Diana Bellairs-Cox.
